Mission:

As a project manager for a communication agency in the health industry, I coordinated Internet training for doctors (general practitioners and specialists), with presentation of web sites that we used to realise on innovations or additional information on drugs. We also did training tools for the sales forces (how to sell better? By better understanding the caller!). Then, I had the opportunity to work in the events. The site of American Film Festival of Deauville and the site of Cinextrem were under my responsibility. With the sales men, I fulfilled the brief and determined the scope of the project objectives, taking into account its technological complexity and its future development. I evaluated the risks that may occur during implementation. I defined the needs in terms of human resources and technical skills. I included the elements of budget. I piloted and measured the state of progress via the dashboard. In the phase of production, I coordinated and supervised at the same time the technical teams (graphic designers, developers, writers) providers. I watched the smooth running of any project within budget and on time.
