Mission:

As an artistic director, I had to: take the brief, identify prior communication actions, understand the technical, budgetary and human aspects. I was presenting relevant solutions (concept, concept board, models) with arguments that integrated the recommendations, taking into account the context, organisation, market objectives and target. I was selecting providers by conducting interviews, I took into account the experience, pricing and integration with the existing team. I realised specifications with prices and directories of service providers. I enlisted and allocated a production teams (graphic designers, illustrators, photographers, stylists, retouching...). I provided a working consistency between the creation, execution, manufacturing and delivery.

  • Of taking customers brief for creating, processing and dissemination of data

  • Of production time schedule based on time, human resources and modifications
