Technical management: I master the tools dedicated to the creation, presentation and organisation. I learned to summarise and compile the information in a relevant way with the right tools. I developed my adaptability on both Mac and PC.

Commercial management: My experience allows me to develop a very good understanding of expectations and a sense of service and advice, suitable for customer retention. I organize, manage and develop the activity in respect of the sales men policy of the company. To conduct the work in a group with different partners, I can use remote collaboration tools.

Human management: I supervise and manage the staff. I inform the teams on the objectives fixed and the results achieved. I help to integrate new members. I ensure the quality of internal communication. I manage the time schedules and the division of tasks according to peaks of activity.

Administrative management: I assure reporting’s for my superiors. I perform administrative management (drafting and dissemination protocols, to organize and coordinate teams). My versatility allows me to diagnose the causes of a problem, find the right solutions, share with common sense and motivation.

Artistic creation: My creative investment in different fields allows me to develop my ability to listen and analyse to bring a new look on different projects. I select and I logically organize ideas according to instructions. I create designs that highlight the demands of customers, through innovative concepts. I know how to lead a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with different partners. I have good practice on time management, I can quickly react to various stress and deal with emergencies of everyday life. I follow closely trends through fairs and exhibitions.
